Orders, Shipping, & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment of Orders Most orders are shipped within 7 full business days of order submission (excluding weekends/holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number on file.

Shipping Costs Shipping & Handling are at no additional cost to our customers, when purchased directly from YourHealthCoach.us, however, some items in our store our forwarded to our affiliate site(s); and in this case, the ordering and checkout terms, will be given to the purchaser, by them. Tax will be charged at 9.25%, based on the tax code for San Jose, California, and added to all product orders purchased at our San Jose, California location, otherwise, purchases made through our affiliate links, may or may not charge tax, as governed by their state and tax code. Calculated shipping costs are based on service from our location in San Jose, California, to your delivery location ZIP Code (U.S. locations only). The shipping charge will be calculated based on your order's weight and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable, where shipping costs apply.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times YourHealthCoach.us uses Federal Express, United Parcel Service, DHL, and the United States Postal Service for shipments.

Delivery Delays WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS and other conditions beyond the shipping carrier's control may cause a delay in delivery of your order. Contact us if you have any questions regarding current delivery exceptions in your area. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES may delay delivery of your order.

Shipment of Orders: Orders are shipped within 7 business days, typically (excluding weekends/holidays). Due to Covid-19, major carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, have suspended all shipping and delivery guarantees. As a result of this carrier suspension, orders may take longer than expected to arrive, even if expedited.
